Carpenter Deck

Bottom railing board is scuffed / discolored (does not wipe off). Second section from left across from house.

Boards are at different heights (right side outside corner).

Boards are misaligned / twisted (first post from house on left side).

End of board is very loose (sixth board from the house in front of sliding doors).
